Ripley

Ripley came to live with our Receptionist Sesellee in the winter of 2013, after he was found as a stray. Ripley is a perfect gentleman (most of the time), but is very dog-reactive. This has been a challenge for his human family to deal with, and his mom works very hard to keep this busy boy active, while managing his reactivity issues. With a lot of positive reinforcement training, he has completed three levels of obedience training, and has been able to enjoy many activities with his family, including Agility, Rally Obedience, Canicross, Bike-Joring and Dock Diving. He has also completed Ruff Mudder twice, which is a 5 km obstacle course for dogs and their humans! With careful introductions, his list of doggie friends is slowly growing, which allows Ripley to attend dog camp every summer with his sister Stella. He loves to cuddle, and has been known to sit on peoples feet so that he can lure them in for a kiss! He is a genuine pleasure to be around, and is a beloved member of his family.
