Meaghan grew up in Cooks Mills, and has always had multi­ple pets over the years. From dogs, cats, chicken and rabbits, to guinea hens, ducks, hamsters and turtles. Animals of any kind have always been the one thing Meaghan has adored. She started her expe­ri­ence working in the veteri­nary field at a couple of differ­ent veteri­nary clinics, then making her way to Borderview Veteri­nary Hospi­tal a little while after moving to the area. She contin­ues to attend contin­u­ing educa­tion meet­ings through the Niagara Penin­sula Veterinary Association.

Meaghan lives locally with her daugh­ter and 9‑year old shih-tzu, Abby. Outside of work she enjoys the outdoors, reading, and spend­ing time with her family.
